Project – Jefo Campus

The Jefo Campus is an example of high-end technological integration in a commercial environment where comfort and aesthetics were top priorities.

The client wanted all the exterior glazing to have a uniform appearance, a goal perfectly achieved thanks to Lutron motorized shades, which provide precise control of light and privacy in every space.

The centralized Lutron lighting control covers the entire building and allows intelligent and flexible management of lighting moods, adjusting brightness according to the time of day, occupancy, and the specific needs of each area.

The conference rooms feature dedicated lighting control with pre-programmed scenes for presentations, collaborative meetings, and special events, combining general lighting, accent lighting, and shades to create an atmosphere perfectly suited to each activity. The rooms themselves are equipped for an immersive audiovisual experience, with high-definition projection and display systems, cinema-quality sound, integrated microphones with automated tracking, and optimized acoustic treatment ensuring clarity and comfort.

The high-performance multi-room audio system ensures even sound distribution throughout all common areas and offices, while centralized temperature control maintains optimal comfort at all times.

All these systems are intuitively managed through Savant products, providing a unified interface to control lighting, shades, audio, and climate from any device. The result is a modern, connected, and harmonious campus where every technological detail enhances the user experience and the building’s aesthetic value.
